By now you have seen the beautiful Historic Franklin License plate around town featuring Carnton Plantation. Did you know that Franklin is the only city in Tennessee to have its own license plate? When you purchase this vanity plate from the County Clerks office, half of your cost goes directly to Franklin Tomorrow, supporting our community.
