Dan serves as the President of Franklin Tomorrow. He has also served on the board of directors and the executive committee prior to becoming the president of Franklin Tomorrow. He is married to Gena and they are the parents of two sons, Daniel and Matthew. They have lived in Franklin for 14 years and have lived in Tennessee for 29 years.
In his role as Principal at Ryan Search & Consulting, Dan provides Retained Executive Search, Leadership Consulting and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) work for his clients. Dan’s search work focuses on mid-to-senior level leadership while his consulting work includes Executive Coaching, Organizational & Leadership Development, and Outsourced Leadership Consulting. His primary market segments include Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.
Dan is also the President Elect of the Franklin Rotary at Breakfast and is on the board of directors for Leadership Middle Tennessee and the Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board.
